We verify your benefits before your appointment so there are no surprises. Most exam appointments are fully covered by your vision plan; frames and lenses typically have an allowance and discount structure that we'll explain when you come in.

Medical insurance applies when your visit is for a medical concern — dry eye, ocular surface disease, diabetic retinal evaluation, cataract pre-op, glaucoma monitoring, or any acute eye condition.
If your plan isn't one we're contracted with, don't let that stop you. We provide an itemized receipt and an out-of-network claim form with our portion already completed — you simply submit it to your plan, and the reimbursement comes to you.
