Thierry Lasry

Parisian couture eyewear. Sculptural acetate, fearless color, frames you can't ignore.

The House

Thierry Lasry — the story.

Thierry Lasry is third-generation optical — his grandfather opened the family's Paris atelier in the 1950s, and Thierry took the workshop in his own direction in 2006, treating eyewear less as accessory and more as wearable sculpture.

Every frame is hand-finished from Italian acetate in small production runs. The signature is unmissable: chunky temples, geometric profiles, jewel-tone colorways, often metal hardware running across the brow as a structural detail.

Lasry's frames have shown up on a long list of actors and musicians who use eyewear as part of their public look. The shapes are bold; the construction underneath is craftsman-level.

Signature Piece

What we'd put on your face first.

Anything from the Variety or Sobriety series — generous bevels, deep acetate colors, the kind of frame that finishes an outfit rather than fades into it.

Why we carry it

The shop's take.

Because not every client wants a quiet frame. For the ones who want to be seen, Lasry is the most expressive maker we stock.
